Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “TCS”) govern sales concluded between:

(hereinafter the “Seller”)

and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the website www.rolvie.com (hereinafter the “Customer”).

1. Purpose

These TCS define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of clothing and accessories offered by ROLVIE.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website www.rolvie.com.
ROLVIE strives to present the essential characteristics (photos, descriptions, sizes, materials). However, slight variations may occur (e.g., colors depending on screen settings).

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
As a micro-enterprise, ROLVIE is not subject to VAT (Art. 293B of the French General Tax Code).

Shipping costs are indicated separately at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order implies full acceptance of these TCS.
The purchase process consists of several steps (product selection, adding to cart, payment validation).
The Customer receives an order confirmation email once the order is validated.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other method offered on the website.
Payments are secured through Shopify Payments (or any other payment solution in use).

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order.

Indicative delivery times:

• France: 2 to 5 business days

• European Union (EU) countries: 3 to 8 business days

• Other countries: 7 to 15 business days

In case of late delivery, the Customer may request a refund in accordance with Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law (Art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code), the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without providing justification.

To exercise this right, the Customer must contact ROLVIE by email at contact@rolvie.com.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

8. Liability

ROLVIE cannot be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products.
ROLVIE’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Personal Data

ROLVIE collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the website www.rolvie.com (texts, visuals, logos, designs) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These TCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
