Processing Time

All orders placed on www.rolvie.com are prepared and shipped from Villeurbanne within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods (collection launches, promotions, holidays), processing may require an additional 1 to 4 business days.

Delivery Times

    • France : Delivery within 3-6 business days after dispatch.

    • European Union (EU) countries : Delivery within 3-6 business days after dispatch.

    • Other countries : Delivery within 7-13 business days after dispatch.

    These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier selected.

    Shipping Fees

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the package, and the destination.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to track your package online.

    Delivery Address

    Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing an order. In the event of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, reshipping fees will be charged to the Customer.

    Lost or Damaged Parcels

    In the event of unusual delays, damaged parcels, or non-receipt of your order, please contact our customer service at contact@rolvie.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

    Force Majeure

    In exceptional circumstances (strikes, blockages, health crises, natural disasters, etc.), delays beyond our control may occur. Customers will be notified by email if such circumstances affect their order.
