Refund and Terms of Use Policy

Right of Withdrawal (Private Customers – European Union)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email at contact@rolvie.com, specifying:

  • your order number,

  • the item(s) concerned.

Return and Refund Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be in their original condition,

  • have never been worn or washed,

  • be undamaged,

  • retain their original tags intact.

Customized items, discounted items, or end-of-line products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the delivery of a defective product.

No restocking fees or hidden charges apply.

Return Procedure

  1. Send a return request by email to contact@rolvie.com. within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After validation by our customer service team, you will receive confirmation and the return address.

  3. Return the item(s) concerned and keep the proof of shipment (tracking number).

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Initial shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was defective or delivered in error.

Exchanges

We do not process automatic exchanges.

If you wish to receive another size or model, you may:

  • return the item following the return procedure,

  • place a new order on our online store.

Defective Products or Order Errors

If an item is received:

  • damaged,

  • defective,

  • or not corresponding to your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@rolvie.com.

In this case, return and replacement costs will be covered by ROLVIE.
